Evenings of Mindfulness

Thursday evening sessions for regular practitioners.


Thursdays 7pm to 9pm. Elizabeth Fry Room, Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens, London, WC2N 4EA. Hop Lane is a pedestrian passageway adjoining St Martins Lane next to Gymbox.

The evening schedule is based on the Saturday sessions of mindfulness and may include other practices and teachings in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.

Please feel free to arrive from 6.30pm and enjoy a cup of tea.

To cover costs we ask for an optional donation of £7 if you are able to afford this. 

On the last Thursday of each month we host The Art of Mindful Work
