We Need Your Helping Hands

We have a small team dedicated to organising events from the Mindfulness Hub, but we would really appreciate any additional assistance you could offer to ensure this project is carried out successfully.

Could you:

  • help with marketing
  • send out flyers about events
  • arrange Oyster cards for our monastics
  • organise food supplies
  • volunteer to be present at the venue
  • act as a First Aider at events
  • collect and deliver items to the Mindfulness Hub, etc.

This is not an exhaustive list. If you are willing, just volunteer, and we will find you a job!

But wait there's more...

In addition to the five monastics who will be running the events from the Mindfulness Hub, an additional 7 monastics will be visiting London from 4-6 September to support their brothers and sisters and to visit London for the first time.

Would you be able to act as hosts to these young monastics and show them around London? Could you offer them accommodation? Might you know someone who would be on holiday from 4-6 September and could offer the monastics the use of their home while they are away?

Any help you could offer in this direction would be most gratefully received.

If you would like to help with either of these, please contact
