Bring
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes, a raincoat or umbrella, a blanket or light mat to sit on and something vegan to share.
If it rains the plan may shift a little - but we will go ahead either way.
On the first Sunday of every month, we have our sangha mindful lunch. Please bring vegan food to share. We enjoy this additional time together after our morning practice, with the first 20 minutes of our meal in silence.
You can join us for the morning practice session from 10:15 AM too or just come for the meal if you wish.
Zen mindful eating is explained on this Plum Village webpage.
Hiking Zen meet on the second Sunday of each months for 2-3 miles of Mindful walking, gentle practice, and a picnic afterwards at locations in and around London. All are welcome.
